Based on the idea of a sustained and structured cultural connect between individuals of different regions, a group of students and teachers from Madhya Pradesh is in Nagaland for a special cultural exchange program.

The team also visited 6 institutions based in Dimapur and Kohima on Monday under the “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” program.

Under the scheme, all the States and Union Territories in the country would be paired with another State or Union Territory for a year, during which they would carry out a structured engagement with one another in the spheres of language, literature, cuisine, festivals, cultural events, tourism etc.
