Commuters in Assam are facing a tough time following a 24 hour chakka bandh called by the All Assam Motor Transport Association or pressing the government to allow an increase in fare in the wake of increase in petrol and diesel prices.

Office goers and students are among the worst hit by the strike called by the All Assam Motor Transport Association.
