After declaring pineapple as the ‘State Fruit’ of Tripura by President Ramnath Kovind during his recent visit to the state, Tripura today hosted ‘Pineapple Festival and Exposition 2018’ at Pragna bhavan.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma, which was organized by the Tripura chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
